How to order custom favors 

1. Place your order
   
• Select your item(s), enter the quantity needed, and check out. 
• You’ll receive an order number — keep it handy.
2. Email your design details
   
• Send an email to sadjigerminal@gmail.com with:
  
• Your order number (required)
• The name(s) or text you want printed
• Photos files (attach high-resolution files)
• Color choices (Pantone, hex codes, or simple color names)
• Any inspiration or examples (links or images)
• Any special instructions (fonts, placement, orientation)
3. We prepare a digital proof
   
• After we receive your email and files we’ll create a digital mockup (proof) and email it to you.
• Carefully review the proof — check spelling, names, colors, and placement.
• Reply to the proof email to approve or request changes. Production starts only after final approval.
4. Production
• If you need a rush order, mention it in your initial email — rush fees and timelines will be quoted.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
