Refund Policy
Due to party favors being customized, Charm & Gather does not accept returns.
Cancellation, with full refund, is permissible only if production of favors has not started. In case party favors have already been designated (production has not begun), a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers time, materials, and administrative costs already incurred. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded accordingly.
If your event changes, and you need to update the theme or items in your order, you may do so if your order has not been started.
If the date provided is the same day as the event, we are not responsible if your items do not arrive in time for your event.

Shipping Policy
Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks. We ship out orders based on the date needed.
Please provide the date you would like the order to arrive, SHOULD NOT BE the date of the event; at least 4 days in advance.
All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail or UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier.
