Security Deposit
This Rental Agreement is made between Charm & Gather and the undersigned customer. By signing below or completing a rental order, Customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Rental Items
Customer acknowledges receipt of rental items in good condition. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered or picked up.
2. Rental Period
Rental period begins at the time of pick-up or delivery and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
All rental fees must be paid in full before items are released to Customer.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rental orders.
The security deposit will be refunded once all rented items are returned on time and without damage, missing parts, excessive dirt, or stains.
The Company reserves the right to determine any amount to withhold from the security deposit for damage, cleaning fees, missing items, or late returns. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, Customer will be responsible for the remaining balance.
5. Damage, Loss, or Misuse
Customer is responsible for the care, custody, and control of all rental items during the rental period. Replacement costs will be charged for items that are damaged beyond repair or not returned.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Any non-refundable fees or deposits already paid at the time of cancellation will not be returned.
7. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use of rented items.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
